Shipping policy

Our posting days are Tuesday and Friday every week. When we send your order, we will confirm it has been dispatched via email confirmation.

United Kingdom

We post our orders via Royal Mail. We use Tracked 48 to dispatch items for delivery. Please note all shipping costs are based on weight of the individual item(s) you order. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at the online checkout.

Once dispatched, most items should take between 2 – 5 working days to be delivered.

International Orders

We currently ship within Europe and to Canada, the United States of America, Australia, and New Zealand. If we do not ship to your country, and you would like us to in future, please let us know and we may be able to expand. 

We use Royal Mail's Tracked International service to post overseas. Please note this can take 1 to 4 weeks. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout. 

If you are ordering to a country outside the UK, customs charges may apply depending on the product or destination. 

Packaging

As part of our commitment to the environment, we aim to reduce the amount of paper and plastic we use. This means that whenever possible, orders will be packaged in an eco-friendly paper packaging and cardboard boxes.

We pack all our orders with great care in order to deliver them in the best condition. However, orders may sometimes get damaged in transit for which we bear no responsibility. Please contact us for any further information.
