Refund policy
To start a return, contact us at museum@cromwellmuseum.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please return the unused goods in their original packaging to us with the receipt or proof of purchase up to 28 days from the date you received it and we will offer you a full refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In order to accept a refund, we:
- Require proof of purchase using the original receipt.
- Goods must be unused and where possible in the unopened packaging.
- We can accept returns and refunds up to 28 days from the date you received the order.
- Where an item is faulty, not as described or doesn’t do what it is supposed to, we can offer an exchange or a refund using the original method of payment.
- We will not refund the cost of return postage, customers are responsible for the return shipping.
When we receive your returned goods, we will inspect it and notify that we have received the items. We will then let you know the status of your return and refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at museum@cromwellmuseum.com.
Are there any products that can’t be returned?
We can’t offer refunds, credit or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on food and beverage, jewellery or worn clothing. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Except where an item is faulty, not as described or doesn’t do what it is supposed to, we do not offer exchanges. We suggest returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
